Majority of the times, businesses don’t realize the importance and impact of a strong brand. If you will look at big organizations like Chanel, Dior, Nike, Apple or even successful startups like Careem, Fetchr & InstaShop, they all follow a simple strategy for their brand, elegant & sophisticated.
Normally during the initial stages of your setup, it's not ideal to spend millions on hiring big agencies to help you build a brand that will act as a strong base for your enterprise. And that’s why I’m trying to bring quality brands into the market for startups and SMEs, but at affordable rates.
Brand Development
Creating a brand is like cooking. You have to choose the right ingredients in the right essence to create something irresistible!
A color scheme that will blend together as well as reflect your business values.
The typography which will compliment and bind well with the color scheme.
The graphic elements and imagery which will serve as a visual
story-telling of your brand.
And finally a layout structure and grid-system to put all these elements together in harmony.
That's the base of any brand. And once you put that right, there is no stopping. You can keep building it stronger and taller!
Brand Style Guide
Once your brand is set up, the next step is creating guidelines to implement and execute it across different channels and collateral.
The key to an effective guideline always lies in its simplicity and clarity to give the end-user a clear idea about the style and usage of the brand.
Creating corporate brand guidelines is my specialty. Taking a freshly brewed brand and putting it all together is something I have done many times, and it never gets old!
Event Branding
Event branding is a different beast. It's scattered on a much larger scale across different channels and media.
Branding for an event is sometimes considered a simpler task compared to its implementation. My strategy for an effective implementation has always been creating wireframes of different collateral for the adaptation of the design. It's unusual but can be really helpful in organizing and designing a variety of items in a timely manner, since events are notorious for having unbelievable deadlines.
Social Media Branding
Social media marketing is a critical aspect of a business' branding strategy. It can make or break a brand's image. It's more than a Facebook page or a few Insta posts. It is the act of managing your company's image, identity and market position across digital networks. Whether you're launching a new project, business or trying to grow your existing enterprise, social media branding should be central to your strategy.
