Tech Support Initiative for Senior Citizens
"My computer is slower than a 100 year old turtle!"
"The advert windows keep opening on their own no matter how many times I close them!"
"All the icons on my desktop disappeared suddenly!"
"I was installing 'that' program, and 'this' one got installed by itself, how?!?!?"
Parents and grandparents are known to have difficulties in dealing with computer issues. And for me, it’s always a pleasure sitting beside them, fixing their computers while listening to them complaining about a piece of machine and telling stories of their good ol’ times!
Hence, I came up with this initiative where I provide free tech/computer support to such parents & grandparents free of charge.*
I come from a Tech/IT Support background. It’s something that is in my roots. And I still haven’t lost touch with my roots after all these years! Plus watching the joy on their precious faces after they see that their computer/device is all fixed up and running smoothly again, might be the most gratifying feeling one can experience! You can never put a price tag on something like that, it’s priceless!
*Available for Dubai residents only. The support covers only Windows based systems. I will be able to fix most of the software or operating system related issues, but not hardware related. But I can surely guide you in the right direction to get it fixed, if it's still possible.
